Life Lessons

If you’re a guy, don’t even consider getting married until you’re at least 30.
Sometimes you win by quitting.
All of your personal relationships will require hard work…but on some level, it just HAS to be easy.
If you hate your job, there are other jobs.
If you can focus, you can push through the pain. If you can’t…stop.
Sometimes not knowing actually is better.
Not every mistake is a learning experience.
God wants you to be happy, but He does not want you to never be sad.
You lie to yourself every day.
If you’re going to put out a CD, make sure it doesn’t suck.
Sad songs are the safest songs.
You’ve got to laugh.
Being fat and happy is way better than being thin and having to exercise.
Don’t think of it as death. Think of it as moving.
If you leave the house early enough to get to work a little bit early, but you’re not getting paid for the extra time, leave later.
You’re likely to never use your college degree again after your internship.
Your boss probably thinks you’re worth less than they are, but they should never think you’re worthless. (If they do–quit.)
If you know you’re being lied to, tell the truth.
Some things are more important than your personal satisfaction…few of them are things you’re paid to do.
You can not be anything you want to be. You can only be what you are able to be.
Your friends are the ones who love you whether you believe in God or not.
