A winning lottery ticket worth $2.5 million purchased in Indianapolis has expired without anyone cashing it in, authorities say. The Hoosier Lotto ticket -- bought at the Southport Road Meijer store for the drawing Aug. 19, 2009 -- won for somebody, but reached its 180-day deadline for cash-in at 5 p.m. Friday without that somebody coming forth. .
